New member here. I'm a 47 year old man from Central Indiana, married to the best woman a man could ever dream to have, and I have four amazing boys, teen and pre-teen. I'm new to smoking but I'm a pretty good cook. I'm very good with the grill anyway. I would like to make Smoking a new hobby for me. Soon I will likely buy a Masterbuilt Electric smoker to start with. I'm always short on time it seems so I think this is a good, easy way to go. Later on, I may dabble in the more serious smoking technique and equipment. I'm a God fearing man who enjoys shooting handguns, astronomy, music,singing, guitar, and being with my family.
