Meat Mopper
Brian from Michigan here
I have been smoking meats (and fish) all if my adult life, I am in my early 50's now.
I started with a ECB, then got a GSM charcoal that I converted to propane with a cast iron campstove from Harbor Freight. Used that for several years but it needed something that could go lower for sausage so I got a Bradley and it works well for that. I also like the insulated cabinet, although the front leg setup is cheaply made.
I just bought a Master Forge charcoal smoker from Lowes, I have to tell you its pretty impressive and very well built, expecially for the price.
I bought this for occasional use at my cabin in Northern Mich, but it may become my main smoker.
As i type this I am waitng on my Amazen Pellet smoker to arrive, it should be in my mailbox when I get home
I also have a 1/4hp LEM grinder, which I love.
thats about it
thanks
