Been readin and lurkin for a while...

the patio looks like a bbq store with an electric Cookshack, a FEC100, Webber 22 inch kettle, Traeger offset and last but not least a webber gasser.

Told the wife I want to build a cold smoker and she wanted to know which cooker I was gonna get rid of, we'll rearrange the patio I said....

Looking forward to see what I can learn, I don't compete, and like to eat been cooking for more than 30 years and still don't know much yet! maybe will learn some day!
