Got home from church and started the chili. Peeled, chopped & added some diced pork. We decided to make some fry bread using Eric's @SmokinEdge recipe that he posted not long ago. Perfect Sunday meal & Eric's fry bread was fantastic. Thanks for sharing Eric 👍

Thanks Eric, it really was awesome. We'll be making that fry bread again soon & often.
Looks good!
Thanks Justin

John, you need to make that fry bread one time and basically build a tostada. Beans, green Chile gravy, tomato lettuce and onion with some avocado slices. It’s a fork and knife kinda thing but so delicious, squeeze of lime over the top, it’s near heaven.

Welp...I guess its chili time! Been on my mind for a while now as the fall begins. Yours looks delicious.
Chili time is in the air…..I had smoked chuck chili over an Idaho baker with corn bread biscuits last night and will have the same tonight! Gonna have to do it over a fry bread soon though!
