Thanks to this forum I had a great weekend of smoking. Yesterday made up a couple fatties, one with pizza type filling and one with cheese tortellini, onion, mushrooms and garlic. I stole the tortellini idea from another fatty post on this forum. Also did a chicken with a rub recipe I found on the net.
Today I did a pork tenderloin and another chicken. Cut the tenderloin in half and used Dutch's Mahogany sauce on half and used a different marinade on the other half. I did Chicken Italiano for todays chicken. We ate the mahogany loin for dinner tonight and everyone loved it. I was told that one is a keeper. Got the other loin and chicken in the fridge for meals later in the week.
All turned out great and now the family is wanting more great things from the smoker. Camera battery is dead but will try to post pics tomorrow.
