Im ron. been smokin just over a year now. Always loved smoked meat. My son found a old Brinkman smoker so I fixed it up and made it work and we tried it. did pretty good. had lots of fun so wemade it a point to learn to smoke. Bought a new gas Brinkman made a ham and never saw my son eat so much ham. Damn near had to fight him for some.lol Im glad I found a place with so many lovers of smoke. I know with all your help we will have great success with whatever we make. its just my son and I and im glad he loves smoke as much as I do. Yes, beer, music,and good people are the key to good smoke. Be talking to all soon.
