I started out first night smoking eggs for smoked deviled eggs to take to a party. They came out amazing. Though next time I am just going to boil, peel, halve, and then smoke. I had a rough go peeling them.
Last night at midnight I put on a beautiful 11.5 pound packer. Added an 8 pound slab of ribs, chicken breasts, salmon, and cream cheese jalapeno poppers today.
