I am traveling. Everywhere you turn there is great charcuterie.

Packaging says both are saucisson (dry). The larger one is smoked. Both are delicious.

Especially with company like this

This is just grocery store grade. Last night I found a specialty shop, but it was closed. I will be raiding it soon.
