Hello Good People. I'm Tim and I'm new to the site. I'm a WV hillbilly, though I currently live in CO. Dad's a GA boy who learned to smoke before he could walk. He passed away a while back but I'm trying to learn his art of outdoor cooking and smoking. Sis got me a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite a year and a half ago and I've smoked some delicious meat in it. Still learning and far from Pop's level, but it's a journey. Thanks for all the great advice I've gotten from here in a very short time.

I agree 150% It's a great journey cause along the way you will meet some amazing people, no doubt!!
