Danke. Nein, es ist kein Spinat. Es heißt Grünkohl und wir überwiegend im Winter gegessen. Traditionell gibt es dazu kohlwurst oder Kassler. Früher hat man gesagt das Grünkohl erst Frost abbekommen haben muss bevor er geerntet wird. Heutzutage ist das aber durch neue Sorten nicht mehr so. Man kann ihn fertig in der Dose kaufen oder frisch selber machen wobei das teilweise ziemlich aufwendig ist.
Das erklärt, warum die Blätter faltig aussahen. Sie ist dunkler in der Farbe als unsere Kohlsorten.
