Got some chicken wings.

Wanted a brisket but my store was out opted for wings. Seasoned with some Plowboys BBQ yardbird rub I got for Christmas. Pecan for smoke.

I also bought a 1&1/2 lb prime NY strip as I wanted beef sadly I think it's bad it cost $35 they better give my money back or I may need to get bailed out of jail!

Thanks guys,but I really need to get some beef! I guess I can return that steak and it will cover most of a brisky which should be back in stock this week.
