Got my slicer.

Got the slicer today. Sliced up a little block of cheese. It handled it very nicely. I smoked a little roast and then sliced it. I did larger slices and shaved. Very happy with the results. Cant beat it for $45.

What kind did you get? I've got a cheap little old Oster. It isn't great but gets the job done.

Everyone of you people here should have a slicer. As much meat as we all smoke it only makes sence to own one. I got one off E-Bay, the bad thing the wife was bidding against me and it cost another 24.00 bummer.
