Got a reply and a surprise from Masterbuilt on my 560.

My fan quit working and after a bit of trouble shooting I bypassed both the charcoal and burn chamber door switches to get it running again.
The warranty had expired and I had not registered it with Masterbuilt because it was an on like purchase and we could not show proof of purchase.
I emailed Masterbuilt and complained and they have decided to send me a free fan kit with a new fan, sensors and wire harness!
So I must say I was surprised and very pleased by their decision.
