Got a minute to say hello

Just wanted to drop by and say hello. I currently live in Northern California on 80 acres raising beef cattle. I retired from California State Parks after 32 years of service and have lived all over the state. I've been smoking everything for over 40 years and keep learning and trying new things all the time. I currently have 3 smokers and 3 grills. I use the smokers at least once a week and grill something 4 or 5 times a week. (Pretty easy to do in Cal.).

I've picked up some great info on the forum and look forward to helping others through my mistakes and successes. Jack
