Just stopping in and saying hi.
Starting my adventures and I'm building a cabinet smoker as we speak (well plans and material lol)

I'm from southern Ontario and a big sports fan (Detroit red wings and lions)

I love to cook everything and try new things and it's brought me on the path to smoking

When I was young I was a big Yzerman fan and stuck with them. I am surrounded by a lot of leaf fans though
