Best option for venting pipe

Hi everyone. I am building a cabinet smoker out of the warming cabinet in the pictures attached. I purchased a Pellet Pro from Smoke Daddy (https://smokedaddyinc.com/product/the-pellet-pro-18-hopper-assembly/). I also purchased the convection fan (https://smokedaddyinc.com/product/convection-fan/) from them that I plan to install in the center of the top of the unit. I want to cut a couple holes into the top as well to allow for proper ventilation and promote air flow. Question for the experts here - what would you use for the venting material? I'm not sure galvanized stove pipe is the best option around anything food related.

I suggest putting the vent on the side at the top opposite of the pellet burner... Then use an adjustable heating/AC register with a piece of screen over the opening inside the chamber ...

When putting exhaust stack on the top you have the chance (pretty good one) of condensation forming on the inside of the pipe/tube and dripping back down on your food...

Nice cabinet BTW ... Are you planning on hot smoking (225 or above) or warm smoking (sausages and such) ??

It will have a galvanic reaction from the hot & cold cycles. Which will eventually lead to rust & corrosion among other things.

4" stainless or even 5" stainless steel exhaust pipe is cheap.
