Good Morning All

Hi all, my name is Jeff and I'm an elevator technician from just outside of Toronto, Ontario. New to the forum, and I guess still relatively mew to low'n'slow.. I started messing around with smoking using foil packets and indirect cooking with my gas grill.... Go the family hooked. 2 years ago, one of the hardware stores up here put the Big Steel Keg on sale so i grabbed it. Been using it ever since. I have always enjoyed cooking and messing around in the kitchen, so this is a perfect fit for me. Will be looking to go horizontal this year.
I have been reading through some of the threads, and just want to say that not only does look like a great forum, but appears to be a lot of great folks around here too... i look forward to chatting with y'all and hopefully showing off some of my favourite smoke.
