Hey All,

Checking in from Bay Area CA.

I am smoking on a PitsbyJJ 20x26 offset. Recently upgraded from the PitBarrel Cooker.

It is taking quite some time to learn how to use a horizontal offset, but I hope to get a lot of clarification here.

So far I have smoked most of the basic meats and lamb (beginning from my PBC).
