This is a bit of a re-introduction. I introduced myself last year and did not have a smoker. Well, here I am again with my smoker in tow.

Purchased a SMC 18.5 off Craigslist awhile back and I am ready to start the addiction. Here we go...
 
Well, Welcome and Welcome back at the same time. You should be able to find plenty to put in the smoker. Read lots, ask questions and have fun.
