   Hello everyone,I am from Bare Bottom, a small community in Harrison  County Texas.Have been processing deer & wild game since the early 70's.I have two smokers one is on a trailer,am looking forward to learning and sharing here on this site with you .I am retired and don't do nothing,and I don't start that before noon.My wife asked me what I was gonna do today ,I told her nothing,she said "that's what you did yesterday "I said " but I wasn't finished.

    My plan is to modify my smokers and start cooking for the church ever chance I get.Its a good way to enjoy smoking meats and fellow shipping with my church family.Also would like to learn all about cold smoking,most of my smoking has been with heat.

    Oh, and by the way ,for those of you wondering where Bare Bottom is, it is between Longview and Marshall Texas, 36 miles from Shreveport Louisiana.

Welcome Uncle Big Al.  As a boy, I used to drive from Longview to Marshall to by animal feed for my Dad's country store at the mill there.  Is Bodacious BBQ still as good as I remember?
