got the casings in today , and plan on making sausage on Thursday
the plan is to make 50 lbs of mild and 50 lbs of hot smoked sausage plus about 40 lbs of patties ...going to be a busy couple of days ...lol
you eat less than 10# of sausage per year? I think that I eat 10# every 2 weeks in one form or the other.:pA 10 year supply of sausages for me. :D
