Got some Red Barn chubs stuffed.

Move the meat to the end of your tube and you wont have any air pocket issues.

Before you ring or tie the end, use a wooden spoon to get the tube mark out from the end of the meat, then twist and ring/tie

Good looking sausage, I am going to have to try those. I wonder if they will ship to Canada? Going to look into this, I have heard about this a few times now.

No smoke to the chubs so i can slice one today.

Larger fat cut in gives a different look.
