From Ohio originally but now live in Auburn IN. I've been active on my Brinkmann charcoal grill for the last 7 years or so. Use a chimney and lump charcoal. Love to do pork tenderloin, roast beef, brisket, ribs etc. Always looking for new recipes and rubs to try. I did both my turkey and ham in teen temperatures for the holidays....
