The wife drug me to a glass fusing art workshop today. Naturally it didn't take me long to get an idea of what to make with the little glass shards.. I think I'll use it for a spoon holder in the kitchen. This is before the firing process.

Watching. I like your choice of design! I like seeing artist working with glass. I live a short distance from The Corning museum of glass In Corning NY. They put on live demos of glass blowing. And other ways of working glass. You can even make your own bowl or other item.
If you're in the area. I highly recommend stopping and checking it out.

I'm a long way from calling myself an artist! It was my first time doing any like this, I just hope it doesn't melt into a big blob.
