Howdy,

I just found this forum today while browsing the web for recipes and smoking tips.

Last fall I purchased a Pit Boss 820fb and only used it a couple times before winter set in here in Utah. Spring is here and I just got out and cleaned up the cooking area this weekend and am setting everything up for some outdoor cooking. The little bit I've read here so far is great and informative. Glad to be here.
