I'm smokedog61 and I live in the high desert of southern California about 35 miles north of Palm Springs, about 3 miles south of the Joshua Tree national Park. I love camping , hiking, playing music and being around my friends. I am relatively new to the smoking process and I appreciate any tips I can get. Right now I am concentration on fish and beef.
