Glad I found this site

I live in Wisconsin and started smoking meats about 6 months ago to improve the taste of my pulled pork.  I started using my Weber grill and a smoke box.  Nice try but did not get the results I wanted.

I still enjoyed it, the next step seemed logical, I invested in a Smoke Hollow 44241GW.  I found this site doing research on what smoker to buy and the write ups and reviews here helped more than other sites.

I also found answers that made sense to my start up questions and I love the fun attitude the people have here.  I also love the wide variety of inputs and solutions to all the posted questions.

As for the nick name that is a story for another day.
