Plum Pie

A good friend practically begged me to take some plums from a bumper crop. Now, I love pie but I have never heard of plum pie let alone made it. I went online and found a recipe on the Taste of Home site. It seemed simple and had a crumb top. I love crumb top.

I had my doubts about Plum Pie but it was delicious. The Woman of My Dreams awoke the next morning asking if there was pie left. I was obviously a success.

I can't remember ever having Plum Pie... But I'd not hesitate to try one.
