Just bought a MasterBuilt electric smoker.  looking forward to learning and smokin.  Living in San Antonio Tx for past 16 yrs but originally from Kansas City.  some good BBQ in Texas (not much in SA though)  but i am still very partial to KC BBQ

Welcome to the forum. I know what you mean about KC BBQ. Whenever I travel the BBQ is just not quite like the KC style.
