Good morning,
Getting back in the saddle so to speak after my divorce. I bought a new OK Joes offset rig and am seeing a lot of smoke leakage and heat loss. Do any of you have tips or tricks on sealing/ better heat control? I know this is isnt the most efficient smoker on the market, but is my first offset rig. My previous smoker was a Traeger.
Thanks,
Erick
