What really fun is the scent of smoke in the air around here with the windows open. Not too many things better than smokin' on a Sunday afternoon! :emoji_sunglasses:

Thanks @chopsaw ! Wife said these were the best I've done for her. We always split one rack. I only use one rub and a different sauce on her side. For me its the two rubs and homemade sauce on the other side. It had been a while since I've made our Red Wine BBQ sauce and after reviewing my notes I decided to adjust a few things. Turned out killer! I updated the recipe with the changes. ... see my sig below, if interested.
