Hello and Happy New Year. It has been a bit since I have posted anything, but fear not my Mini has been in use nearly every weekend!

My wife bought me these chips for christmas so I thought I would give them a shot.

These are quite small chips, so I used some kcups to mold an aluminum snake tray to hold them and smolder them in stages

Get the baby fired up and throw on a tri tip overnighted with some chicago steak seasoning...love this stuff

Enjoy your smokin Sunday!

Turned out perfect! Tri tip always nice, got a beauty smoke ring and some great, not over powering smoke flavor from these tiny chips. Can't wait to try the other flavors!

Yes sir. The mini is an outstanding cooking machine! My oldest son recently inherited mine because I bought a new 14" WSM. Which also an awesome little rig. But l do miss my mini.
