Getting ready for a TQ rub.

Have 2 tonight with sauerkraut and potatoes, 2 tomorrow covered with stuffing and baked after browning on a bed of sauerkraut.

Haven't seen any decent thick cut chops at the Commissary until yesterday.
I bought a head of cabbage yesterday . Gonna give it a shot myself . I have the mason jar stuff to ferment just sitting in the pantry .
I've only fermented peppers so far. Can't wait to try.Have some food grade buckets, no crock but tbey'll work.
