Just getting aquainted with SMF, have started a smoker build project with two cycle, who is a member already, have pruchased

a 250 gal tank filled it up with water and drained it yesterday, superbowl sunday. Have been using OP's smokers for years,(other peoples), and have always wanted to build my own, So I let two cycle talk me in to it, he's much more knowledgeable about the process than I and willing to help so, here we go! We'll post pics on his site as we go, and I want him to get all the credit anyway. I want to enjoy cooking with it. I look forward to building this project and know the pro's are right here with us if we need a hand.

Would you do us a favor and add your location to your profile, it helps others to know where you are when they offer advice, Thanks!

You might want to check out Jeff's Free 5 day E-Course, it will teach you all the basics plus a whole lot more!

to the SMF, the best BBQ site on the web.  Whatever you need to know about the fine art of BBQ you can find it right here, from recipes to technical knowledge.

One thing you need to know about us is that we like to see pictures of your creations and your gear.  We call it Q-View and its basically the
