big day tomorrow gonna watch the gators crush the vols, then we got tickets to the Miami ohio state game, the ohio state crew flew in last night and were gonna party all day at the house then drive down the street about three miles to the stadium to watch canes beat up ohio state. looking forward to notre dame losing their third in a row also should be a fun day
heres the menu
some italian sausage soaking in guiness with some onions
gotta have some extra hot jerk wings
a nice 8 lb boneless pork rubbed down with onion and garlic powder, brown suger on a mustard slather then injected with some nice honey garlic marinade
made a batch of sofla quers finishing sauce
some japs stuffed with strawberry cream chesse, some with seafood cheese spread and then wrapped in bacon
some scallops wrapped in bacon
coolers will be full and a fresh bottle of brother BEAM is ready for action
well thats what is going in the smoker at least, plenty more coming tomorrow
