Congrats Kaveman, I was wondering are you using some-kind-of grease drip pan. Flare-ups can be BAD business.

haven't had any problems with flare up yet,the burner is covered by a quart juice can with a chunk of wood inside for the smoke,Ineed to get a picture of that and post it this week end.

That looks great. About how many hours of burn will you get from a tank?

How do you add wood to it? Is there a door or something? Interesting take on a UDS thats for sure. If these things where not so darn easy with charcoal i would thing about modding mine. Got an iQue 110 and now its almost to easy.
