2 pounds of chuck roast cut into bite size pieces, 2 pounds of ground chuck and 1/4 pound of bacon.

I prepared all of the ingredients this morning, and made the chili during the half time of the Buckeyes game. It simmered for 2 1/2 hours.

Looks Awesome! never used bacon in mine...yet...I would do the habaneros but the wife would kill me.

Sir... I am not fan of "bag supplied chips" but with ingredients cooked on ypur pot and home made artisan bread to dip I would call emergency service to stand by....just in case......looks promising to me...

Thanks for the likes SmokinGame, Clifish, Jim, Jeff, Kruizer and dernektambura.
I appreciate it.

Thats a fine looking bowl of chilli!! Love the fresh jalapenos on top. And the sour cream is a must! Very nice!

I'll take some of that if there is any left! Looks great, never thought of adding bacon to it.

I sure could us a bowl of that since it is currently raining on top of the snow.....

Nice work!
