Same here , have them both . Check the probes in boiling water , and ice water to see how they read .

Have both and totally agree game changers. Only beef is I wish the phone app was a bit stronger though. Wished it saved the history somehow.

I have their 4 probe, 6 probe, and the instant read. Wont cook without them now! Absolutely love being able to hang inside while the smoker does its thing and monitor the temps. They're accurate, but like said above, wish the app was a little stronger!

You can take a screen shot of the graph at the end of your smoke if it doesn't restart several times throughout the smoke. I have the Soraken 6 probe BT therm and the graph restarts several times with the five apps I've tried. Then go to the memo app and write about that smoke and go to the image icon and select the graph from you gallery and save as a memo. Just like posting pics here on SMF but to the memo app on your phone.

The only way i can save is to screen shoot it once in awhile, if i drop the app it clears it, love my inkbird equipment
