Hi all,
hoping to pick up some help, ideas and tips on making the best bacon to share with my mates.
at present I am wanting to build a smoker out of a Hark gas smoker and putting a Smokai smoke generator to up the smoke and increase smoking times.
haven’t tried or built it yet, am gathering all the bits at the moment.
very frustrating as broke my leg and am laid up.
Anyway, thank you in advance for any help and advice.
