What did you pull all the pork with? I'm thinking a commercial mixer?

I use a plastic paint mixer on a cordless drill. I had about a dozen helpers pulling and 2 drills going shredding. It took about 45 minutes to get it all done.

I think we feed around 300. I'm not sure how many takeouts we made. Everyone was full and happy.

Thank you. There was only 2 pans left and it would have been gone if my wife hadn't told me to keep it.

That won't happen! Do not miss the northern NY winters enough to move back there. Visiting the family cabin on Lake Ontario every couple years is nice though.
