full smoker with q-view

Well i filled up the perfect flame smoker today with some goodies.
Chicken soaked overnight in Jeffs basic brine with 2 changes old bay and maple syrup instead of zatarans and mollases .Since there was room left I thought id fill it with a fattie stuffed with onions,peppers,garlic,marinara,and mozzarella,and some terodactyl eggs smoking with cherry.

Love smoked egg salad, every time I toss eggs on I debate trying to wrap one in bacon just to see what happens, I'm sure it won't impart any bacon flavor but I just need to see what happens...

Now thats a happy man for sure got a day off to smoke up some goodies and a full smoker to boot. Now just sit back tend the fire and enjoy the tastey treats one at a time. First you run with some egg salad and wash it down with some fattie. Pure Heaven in the back yard. As far as smoked eggs yes the smoke does penetrate the shell you'll see it when you peel it and the egg is brown and some good flavor too. Not alot but jusyt enough to taste it. Great start and don't foget the finishing Q

All i can say is wow everything turned out great the eggs have the hint of smoke just perfect the fattie is my favorite and the chicken well it came out the best of any chicken i have done so far will be a staple on my smoker thats for sure.Thanks for the positive feedback i learned alot from this place
