Fruit Wood

Hi I live in sask Canada and I was just wondering were I could find some cherry wood or some fruity wood . We don't have much of that here . I was looking to get more chunks then chips if that makes sense . Are. Chips as good as say chucks or logs (I wish I could get that here )

In your area, alder is pretty close to some fruit woods.... Unless you want to pay freight and have some shipped in....   Maple also is close...   Dave

Just ordered yesterday from them (wood chunks), so I will let you know when I receive the wood.

Received wood chunks today. Took about a week from order (shipped to Ontario).

Haven't tried the wood yet, but sizes look good. Probably approx 35 pieces per box.

That's what I figured----Never tried "Banana Wood".

I got Hickory (my favourite for ribs), and Cherry.  Never tried cherry before, but saw lots of people on forums that love it.
