Hiya everyone. My name is kevin and just bought my first smoker last week. Love it so far, ribs came out perfect doing the 3-2-1 method. Waiting for the rain to pass to do a ham and Turkey this weekend.

Loving all the info on the site, really helps out. BTW, using a modified vertical gas smoker to get the meats a smokin
