Hello All!

My name is Cesar and I go by the handle/nickname of CesarsChoice. I am a long time griller but first time smoker with my new recent purchase (MAY2012) of my MES40 (MasterBuilt Electric Smoker 40"). 

I love smoked meat and have smoked some meat on my Weber Summit Platinum D6 Gas Grill which has worked some what well but as all of you know looking for the ultimate smoke perfection, in which has landed me on this forum!

Please note, this forum has a wealth of information and I plan on being a sponge and absorbing it all. I hope to contribute back after I learn and perfect smoking using my MES40.

I would like to thank all of you for sharing all of your knowledge on this forum and making me a future meat smoking hero in my neighborhood!
