Fried Me Some Fishes

Haven't fried any fish in quite some time. Long over due... so Kroger had cheap pacific cod ( not my favorite but the prices....) and that's all I needed to see.

Rally's seasoned fries, some Cole slaw and sliced tomatoes rounded out an excellent meal.

Those pics somehow went out of order, but you get the idea.

Cod has never been my favorite for fish 'n chips.Always preferred haddock for that.

I concur, but the Atlantic cod is far superior to its Pacific counterpart. I could eat haddock til it came out my ears!

I cheated, bought a bag of filets to make sandwich's with, pretty tasty lol ain't nothing like fresh fish though, shoulder surgery this year put me out of fishing prime time, ruined deer season also.

I get lazy when it comes to frying stuff, but since I started using my coleman stove it's so much easier.

I hear ya... I remember the fish filets they served us on the ships I was on. I called them Mediterranean Triangle Fish

Looks great to me! Only Cod I get nowadays are the Omega 3 Fatty acid Cod liver oil pills I take! HA!
