They are looking pretty barky, it started raining as I was cat napping this mornin', so I put a roof over the smokers.
There are 5 butts 8lbs and 4 butts 10lbsbig fat butts for as far as the eye can see!

I let the butts rest in an aluminum pan and then pulled, took a about 17-18hours to smoke. They must have had a long stall as I was napping.
