Fresh Mozz

Got my first gallon of raw milk from the farmer's market on Sunday, and turned it into a fresh batch of mozzarella.

That looks great, I have been wanting to make some Mozza for awhile.
Does it get stringy or stretchy like pizza cheese ?

I tried to make it but the store bought milk just is not right for it...Don't have any milk dairy farms down here.

I have a dairy about an hour from me where I can get fresh milk. When I dive off heavy into making cheese, that is where I will source the milk.

Does it get stringy or stretchy like pizza cheese ?

When you're forming it, it's realllllly stretchy and stringy. As it firms up, not so much.
