I have the opportunity to get some, or a lot, but not real sure what to do with it. Any advice or ideas?

Wife grows it in her herb garden. She lets some go to seed. And we roast majority of it.
Also, it is a host for the eastern purple swallow tail butterfly.

I love fenocchio salads, with slice oranges, red onion, salt cured kalamata olives, and a light vinaigrette.

I eat the stuff plain'ol raw as well, I love it.
We always have it around the holidays, it's a dego thing.
