I agree too, homemade ones are so tasty. I love tweaking the spices to suit my taste.

i've been looking for a good Sheboygan recipe.  I like the taste of Johnsonville, but they've been so fatty in the last couple of years.  Anybody have a good Sheboygan recipe, maybe a Johnsonville knockoff?

Get ground pork and some corn husk. mix the pork and spice together. put it in the husk, roll and tie the ends. Smoke it in the husk and pull out. It will be a skinless brat.
