Freezing ribs

Has anyone froze ribs after you have cooked them? I wanna vacuum seal some. Wasnt sure how they would taste after the fact.
 
I freeze them after vac sealing. Put he pouch in a pot of water heat it to a simmer ribs will lose some bark,heat on the grill if you want to crisp them up some.

I freeze a lot of ribs.
Usually just put in freezer zip bags as they get eaten within a month or so.
I wrap in foil and find a convenient heat source while working.

I'll vac-seal leftovers from time to time, easy to sous vide, or just toss into a pot of hot water to reheat, doesn't over-cook them like the micro. RAY
